Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Contact Lens Accessories (including Contact Lens Cases and Contact Lens Cleaner)
  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Intimate apparel
  • Personalized or custom-made items

These exceptions help us maintain hygiene standards and ensure all our customers receive safe, quality products.

  3. Package Your Items
    Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
